Time for our
Advent
poinsettias to decorate the sanctuary. Flowers will be ordered as
part of the Dallas High School wrestling team fundraiser. Plants
are $12 for regular size and $20 for large. Orders must be placed by
Thursday, November 17. A sign-up sheet is available in the
Fellowship Hall. Contact Sharon Smith, 503-623-4638, or cell

Red Cross First Aid and
CPR class
offered to our congregation on
December 3rd
from 5:00-9:00 PM and
Dec 4th
from 8:00-12:00 PM. Leanna Deters will be
teaching an Adult and Pediatric First Aid, CPR, and AED class.
This class is designed for those working with youth and children in our
congregation, but is open to anyone. The class will be limited to
10 students. People working with youth or children in our
congregation will be given first priority. There is a $20 fee to
take the class which covers supplies needed for the class. If you
can't pay the fee please still sign up. The church can pay for
those who can't.

Ringing the bell
announces and calls all to worship,
ushers and greeters
provide our first line of hospitality to everyone
who come through our doors,
hosting fellowship time continues that hospitality after worship,
clean-up and maintenance
around the church keep us safe and looking our best,
and helping with the
Community Kitchen
shows our concern for our neighbors and those in need.
These are just a few ways we can work for the Lord!
